My Account

My Account (Mon compte) is a free service (in French) through which you can access information about your Éditions Yvon Blais account, orders and subscriptions, view and pay invoices, perform address changes and request missing pages.

Ask for your My Account password

If you do not already have a password for My Account, we invite you to request one by contacting customer service.

Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., excluding statutory holidays.

What can you accomplish with My Account?

View subscriptions

My account lets you view subscription information for your account, such as subscriber name, shipping address, number of copies, renewal date, etc.

You can also ask for a detailed subscription report to be emailed or faxed to you and request missing loose-leaf pages.

View and pay invoices

To view an invoice on your screen, simply enter the invoice number. You can also ask for an invoice copy to be emailed or faxed to you and view a list of unpaid invoices or credit notes.

My Account also lets you pay invoices by credit card and view your account statement online.

View orders

My Account shows a list of all orders for your account within the last 90 days and shows, for each product ordered, the shipping date, your purchase order number and the invoice number.

You may also view a list of products you have ordered that are currently on back order, including the number of copies to follow.

Change your address and update your profile

My Account lets you change your billing and shipping addresses online and update contact information such as your phone number and email address.

View account history

My Account allows you to view past transactions for a time period of your choice (within the last 24 months), by product or product type. This tool is particularly useful for calculating your expenses within a specific time period and estimating future expenses.
